This property was originally built in the late 1990’s as a three bedroom and two bathroom farm house.

The goal was a modern renovation with additional rooms, bathrooms and entertaining areas, while maintaining the federation style build of the property.

Sophisticated Detail

The formal dining was an original feature of the house which came with the federation style cornice and exposed brickwork.

The detailed and hand-laid parquetry flooring is a welcome addition that adds a look of sophistication to the entire house.

External walls were removed to fit custom, timber framed glass French doors allowing for a bright room with an amazing view of the property.

Imported LED downlights and custom ducted air-conditioning subtly bring the room into the 2010’s.
