"To say we were apprehensive when we decided to begin our journey of major renovations to our home is an understatement. We did our due diligence research which involved us looking at many different aspects over several long months and many rounds of discussions with 6 building companies.

Precision Build WA was chosen at the end of this process and the rest really was history! From the beginning, we felt that they were different from the others. What we appreciated in the early days was clarity . There were no fancy terms or language and little room for confusion around the product one would end up with as final result.

A mention must also be made about their level of customer care. We always felt as though we were in safe hands with a group of highly skilled builders who aim to deliver the best results. We felt engaged throughout the 9 months it took to complete our beautiful and individual home .

Our 9 months journey was very smooth. All the horror stories that others went through with various builders they chose or told us about were thankfully not our reality. We kept on waiting for our inevitable turn to experience problems but having gone with Precision Build WA, we were never going to go through those terrible experiences. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
